Fit-out firm Willmott Dixon Interiors has appointed Adam Worrall as its new managing director.
Worrall, who had served as deputy managing director since July 2024, has worked across the Willmott Dixon group for more than 25 years.
He began his career on site as a senior building manager and eventually became one of the contractor’s directors in 2018 after four promotions.
Worrall moved to Willmott Dixon Interiors in September 2023, initially as director of delivery.
He assumes his new role at the £146.7m-turnover commercial fit-out business with a remit to strengthen its offer in health and commercial retrofit, and expand its presence in the office fit-out market.
Worrall said: “My focus is on putting the best teams forward and delivering on the promises we make to our customers. We are building a very strong order book for 2027 and 2028.”
He added that he was committed to performance culture, accountability and investment in staff development.
Willmott Dixon Interiors was ranked 4th in the 2025 CN Specialists Index of fit-out contractors.
