Severfield has appointed former ISG executive Andrew Page as its new chief financial officer, replacing interim finance chief Jan Bramall.
The structural steel specialist said Page would join the board as chief financial officer and executive director from 16 February 2026, following what it described as a comprehensive search process supported by external advisers.
Page most recently served as interim chief financial officer at construction and engineering group ISG. He has previously held senior finance roles at British Energy Group, Centrica, FirstGroup and Ocado Group.
He qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1998 and has experience of working in UK-listed companies and capital markets.
Paul McNerney, chief executive at Severfield, said Page joined the business at an important stage in its development.
“He brings extensive experience from within the construction sector, alongside a strong track record of financial leadership in UK-listed companies,” McNerney said.
McNerney added that Page would support the group as it continued its transformation and wider strategic review. He also thanked Bramall for her contribution as interim chief financial officer since 1 November 2025.
In a statement under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8(3), Severfield confirmed that Page is, or has been, a director of several entities within the ISG group, which ceased trading on 20 September 2024 and are now in administration or liquidation.
In February 2024, Andrew Page was appointed as the interim chief financial officer (CFO) of the construction firm ISG.
His appointment came during a significant leadership transition for the company, following the departure of chief executive Matt Blowers and the exit of the previous CFO, Karen Booth .
This leadership change occurred as ISG navigated a challenging period in the construction industry, which included the administration of Britishvolt and the pausing of a major film studio project in Hertfordshire
