Graham has promoted Sean McNiff to managing director of its Interior Fit-Out division, following six years in senior roles at the contractor.
McNiff joined the firm in 2019 as a design manager and became operations director in 2021. In that post, he helped to grow the division’s presence in the London fit-out market and oversaw delivery on a number of major commercial projects.
His appointment comes as the £75m-turnover division looks to expand its operations across workplace, retail, leisure and education sectors.
During his time as operations director, McNiff helped secure work with clients including BT, M&S, Nike, Deloitte, Fraser Group, and Primark.
He was also involved in delivering HMRC’s Regional Centre in Belfast and several Category B workplace schemes, including offices for Deloitte in Edinburgh and EE in Newcastle.
In his new role, McNiff will lead a 100-strong team based across the UK.
“I am honoured to take on the role at such an exciting time,” he said.
“Our success is built on the trust our clients place in what we deliver. My focus will continue to be on our people and our structure to strengthen existing relationships and develop new opportunities.”
