Contractor appointed for luxury Regent’s Park fit-out job

Fit-out specialist EE Smith Contracts has secured a contract worth more than £60m to deliver the envelope and full internal fit-out of a high-end residential scheme near Regent’s Park in London.

Developer Domvs, working in a joint venture with Select Group, appointed the subcontractor to complete the next phase of 52 Avenue Road, a scheme of 12 five-storey terraced homes.

Domvs founder Jon O’Brien said EE Smith was selected following a “long tender and evaluation process”.

OHOB previously completed the concrete frame and basement.

Designed as ‘super-prime’ luxury homes, the project includes private lift access, rooftop winter gardens and views across Central London.

Residents will also have access to a basement health and wellness suite with a 25-metre swimming pool, treatment rooms, gym and lounge.

Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

EE Smith managing director Neil Bottrill said the project would “showcase our skills at the very top end of the fit-out industry”.

He added that the firm’s London office, launched in 2023, would support EE Smith’s ongoing expansion into the capital’s luxury residential market.
