On one plot, currently occupied by B&amp;Q, 13 towers ranging between eight and 15 storeys in height will be constructed. On the other site, which currently houses a Homebase, three large blocks will be built, ranging from nine to 17 storeys in height. Buildings on both sites will also contain commercial and retail space. A \u00a338m contract to build a new hotel in Liverpool also helped to boost the firm\u2019s total for the month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">JRL took second place thanks to one contract worth \u00a3262m, the highest-value single contract in the month. Its subsidiary, Midgard, was appointed as main contractor on a project to build 800 build-to-rent apartments in Brighton.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Henry Construction won a \u00a3160m contract to build a mixed-use tower in Southall, London. It will deliver 575 flats, offices, retail and commercial space for clients Stanhope and Network Homes. That job, plus two others, gave it a total of \u00a3234m in new work for the month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sisk was ranked fourth in October after it landed a \u00a3210m contract for a new building at the health-innovation campus in Birmingham. The 133,000 square foot structure will include specialist offices and laboratories for life-science and digital healthcare companies.
