Gleeson , currently serves as Marshalls\u2019 senior independent director and chairs its audit committee.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"1019\">He will be succeeded in both Marshalls roles by Paul Inman, who has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director and audit chair designate from 15 September 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1225\">Inman most recently served as chief financial officer at Yorkshire Water and previously held senior roles at BAE Systems and Rolls-Royce.
