WS Transport has taken sole control of Explore\u2019s transport and rail plant operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"682\">Explore Transport, which previously operated under a single structure with three internal divisions, will continue as the exclusive logistics provider to both Select Plant Hire and Laing O\u2019Rourke.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"944\">Select Plant Hire director Mark Herlihy said the acquisition would enhance Select\u2019s plant capability. \u201cWe are delighted to be bringing this business back,\u201d he said, adding that the firm would maintain its exclusive logistics partnership with Explore Transport.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1167\">David Cox, representing WS Transport, said the separation reflected the development of Explore into \u201cthree very distinct streams\u201d over the past decade and would allow both firms to benefit from their respective strengths.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1232\"
