Permasteelisa Group chief operating officer Lee Marks and chief people officer Nathalie Lion are to leave the contractor this month.<\/span><\/p>\n

The pair will depart as part of a revamp of the management structure, the facade specialist announced today (22 September).<\/span><\/p>\n

Marks joined the firm at the start of 2023, according to LinkedIn, having previously worked for management consultancy Taska and investment vehicle Svella.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was also group commercial director at NG Bailey for eight years until 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

HR professional Lion joined less than 18 months ago after working for Permasteelisa as a consultant.<\/span><\/p>\n

A spokesperson said: \u201cLee Marks leaves his role as group chief operating officer, and therefore the company, at the end of this month. Nathalie Lion, who served as our group chief people officer, also leaves.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe roles no longer form part of our structure as we have completed a critical phase of our transformation programme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs we announced recently, we have moved to a regionally led leadership structure in each of our four strong operating regions.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Permasteelisa Group said its chief executive, Liam Cummins, had taken on the role of deputy chairman.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said: \u201cMy newly appointed role will see me focus on the growth of the company across our four operating regions \u2013 Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East \u2013 in support of our group\u2019s forward-looking strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWith our new structure and leadership teams firmly in place in our regions, my attention now turns to strategic growth to ensure we remain the leading international facade specialist.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Permasteelisa UK<\/span> cut its pre-tax loss by 40 per cent in its latest annual accounts<\/span><\/a>, after \u201cresolving issues around legacy projects\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Italian contractor\u2019s UK arm reported a pre-tax loss of \u00a36.8m in the year to 31 March 2024, marking an improvement on the \u00a311.2m loss in the previous 12 months.<\/span><\/p>\n

Turnover rose from \u00a3132.8m to \u00a3146.2m over the same period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Permasteelisa Group was<\/span> this year appointed<\/span><\/a> to deliver the facade package for Multiplex\u2019s 50 Fenchurch Street job (pictured) in the City of London.<\/span><\/p>\n
